Great interview with Al Nicholson, January 2015! Since it was a hundred minutes long, I listened as I worked on my strip and it kept my interest the whole time. It really helps that you're a competent comic creator and Al is an experienced communicator. You both had some great insights into comic styles. And since you both have a lot more depth in the super hero field than I do, it was fun hearing you discuss plot intricacies of comic titles I had only heard of.
Nice work on Melchizedek as well; its on my watch list.
Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic, (Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+) please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pray on pledging to support this project...
Hi there! Awesome testimony, and welcome. :)
I'm all on board for the less preachy types of comics, and I'm so glad that you're going into the anime/manga field, because it's something desperately needed in my opinion. I'm not personally not into anime as I have yet to find one that isn't demonically related or ridiculous, but almost every friend I make turns out to bei not anime, go figure. I really do appreciate the style though, and kind of wish I could use it someday if I could only learn the art style...well, anyway, welcome to the society, and I can't wait to see what God does through you! ;)
Hey Andrew, Great to have you join CCAS! King of Justice is looking good, you've got a practiced hand in the Manga style and the story pacing is pretty good. Look around the site, check out the art and discussions; be at home here.
