My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)
I was raised pagan, with a curiosity for God. My 1st experience was with JW & studied with them for 2+ years... I then broke away from them & joined the army. In the Army I was still searching & I began to study with the LDS... I did so for close to a year & then the desire for God in my life seemed to burn out... I remained silent from Him(no prayer & pushed Him so very far from my mind).. I then met my wife whose apostolic oneness Pentacostal & began to study their belief & doctrine. I would compare the trinity vs oneness and spend hours a day trying to learn God... With all that time studying I began to learn and grow in God, I also began to believe the true nature of God as tri-une in nature. Which is the very opposite that I began out to be. So here I am now, almost 5 kids later, work full time as a nurse & am a trinitarian nondenominational Christian. How I got here from my beginning, only God could do such a great thing. With that said I have attached my three loves: God/family& drawing, so in my free time I doodle and search scripture. Thank you God for all of my blessings!!! -Wesley
It has been forever since I've been on this page, trying to navigate through it... I received an email from a member, which I can not reply nor is the original message available for me to view. Apologies to whom ever you are, a tried yet technology bested me. Since I've been gone, I have published a children's book titled SHEEP'd (available on Amazon, Westbow press, and Barnes & Nobel's) and I have just recently been published in a college collection of short stories. I'm working full time as a nurse and am going full time to school... A candle burning at both ends right now, twice as bright... Half as long. There, now we are all caught up. Praise GOD!!
Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic, (Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)
To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...
