*waves* Hey there.

Well, there's so much to say. Where do I start? Hopefully we'll get to know each other better over time.I'm a Mother, an Artist, a Singer, a Teacher, a Geek, a Volunteer and a Dreamer. All of these parts of me are born out of one important characteristic I cling to, I'm a believer. With God as my center, I can't wait to see what he has in store for me. I've been a Christian for as long as I can remember, but somewhere along the way I fell into complacency and status quo. I'm sad about that, but…See More

Graphic Novel and Comic Art. Story, character concept and manga stylized art.
My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)
Just over a year ago, after being a Christian all my life and dreaming of using my gifts to his glory, I had something happen to me that blew my eyes wide open. No more dreaming, no more status quo, no more luke warm faith. It was time to stop promising God this comic and do it. So now I do. My biggest regret is how long it took me to get here, to see and truly believe enough to let nothing hold me back anymore.
Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)
I'd be a comic creator and artist. I sort of love telling stories as much as drawing them. I'll forever feel like I'm choking on great things I was meant to share if I don't get them out there. Maybe this will be the legacy of faith I leave behind.
Favorite Comic Creators:
I honestly go in and out of Mangaka more than Comic creators, or novels. That said, my influences are mostly Japanese.

Welcome to CCAS. Good writing flow. I really like the flow of your word and sentence order. Congratulations on leaving luke warm by making those quiet actions do the speaking for you, like creating comic you're talking about.

Welcome to the Christian Comic Arts Society (CCAS) Online Network!

Did you know that CCAS has monthly meetings in the Los Angeles area? Contact Eric Jansen for more info!

Also, members of CCAS have produced the APAzine ALPHA-OMEGA for over 25 years!  We have about five openings right now!  Contact Eric Jansen for more info!  (This is a 30-member active-participation-only photocopied magazine for Christian writers and artists who submit a "trib" every other month for fun, fellowship, and critiques by other members.  Between postage and your photocopying costs, you might pay anywhere from $5 to $25 per issue.)
