- I am a teenager striving to follow Gods will. I would like to make Christian Graphic novels that do not have worldly and immoral influence, but show the glory of God. I grew up with comics, and now I've stopped reading comics that aren't Christian and eliminated other worldly influences, in order to grow spiritually. Through this God has shown me many things that have changed my view on comics, and other aspects of life. I'm trying to get better with my art, and if anyone has any suggestions or comments that may help, feel free to tell me.

- To minister in the way God directs me, and make comics that glorify the LORD.

And yes, I do personally know all three of them, they're friends of mine, I grew up with two of them, and I live in the same neighborhood with the other. : )

The 'Spirituality in Comics' Panel from San Diego Comic-Con 2011
In comics, movies, and even Broadway musicals like “The Book Of Mormon”, spiritual themed work seems to be unexpectedly coming from the least religious of sources.
Panelists including SERGIO CARIELLO (The Action Bible), RUSSELL DALTON (Marvelous Myths: Marvel Superheroes and Everyday Faith), BUZZ DIXON (Serenity/Hits & Misses), and MIKE SHIELDS (Blue Blazes) discuss how a new generation of comics and pop culture are exploring timeless truths and also address the question “Is Mass Media Our New Church?”
