i drew these characters about 9 years ago.... i decided to give them a face lift. i still in the inking process and i need to work on a story for them or work them into a story. I'm about 1/2 way done with the inks, then the colors come to play. i forgot what my wife and i named them but anyway here they are.

Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic(Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)

To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...

If you are concerned about the accuracy and faithfulness to the text please read this Blog...

PS - Please add me as a friend here on CCAS

Welcome to the CCAS. I very much enjoyed the movie Deep Impact with Robert Duvall and Morgan Freeman. You've posted some excellent pieces. You will find some very gifted brothers and sisters on this site. I pray that you make some good connections. Now may the Lord of all creation richly bless you and your household.

Hi Marlux, Thanks for making a request for us to be friends. I love your art style. I love the the picture of the robot machinery, your portrait is cool and you have a decent sense of colors like the picture with the two ladies. Me and some fellow Christian artists are forming a comic book media company to create creative comic books and creations to glorify GOD and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. I would love for you to collaborate with us. As GOD prayerfully Bless us to make profits after our committed diligence, we plan on splitting the profits with the artist creators and the company after taking out tithes for churches and charities. If you are interested, Please email me back at and we can discuss our venture better. In case you cannot join, I would love to still be friends, because you are a wonderful talent in Christ.

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."
