Progress this week

Hi All:So the last page is penciled and inked.  I'm thinking I should add dialog to this whole project.  If anybody objects speak now or forever hold your peace.  Tried some new pens and white out tools, with varying levels of effectiveness that I had to correct in Photoshop.Post one thing you like and one thing you dislike.See More

Progress this week

Hi All:This one was rushed a little as I'm leaving tomorrow for a weeks visit with my family.  So no post next week.  This one I tried to add my detail and renderings, also use different pen tips, like a 3-5 micron tip for the outline of people, cars etc.  Micron 2 for the permanent details within the outline: eyes, mouth ears, etc, then a 1 tip for the fluid details: creases in the skin, hair, teeth, nostrils, etc.  I don't know if I've reached a higher level of artistry by stressing over such…See More

Keep it UP, Landon.

In life its not how many times we fall, But how many times we get back up, that count.

As w/the Lord.

is not that we sin, but Do we repent.

No one if perfect. Its not an excuse. The battle remains in the spiritual realms.  Whether we can see it or not.

Our strength comes from him and within him you can rest your weight of your problems.

While this does not mean, there wont be other obstacles ahead.

Trust in him, will give you the rest and peace that can only come from the most High.  I encourage you to continue in your struggles.

To accept the trials He allows into our lives.

its not punishment nor a sadistic God who has abandon us

But the opportunity to meet the Lord were we are and to strengthen our resolve for the Lord...so we can also speak of his truth and share his love w/others.

Its the forging we must all endure if we really are to follow in his steps.

Luke 6:45 - A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Anyone can speak pretty words but it's what resides in a man's heart that really shows who he is.  Eventually that too will rise to the surface.

Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic(Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)

To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...

If you are concerned about the accuracy and faithfulness to the text please read this Blog...

Welcome to the CCAS. The CCAS had a table at the Phoenix Con this past year. It was a great experience. If you have any samples of your work, I would encourage you to post them. Looking forward to knowing more about you. May the God of our Savior, Jesus Christ, richly bless you, your household, and the works of your hands.
