Its that time of year again

Hard to believe 2018 is almost over.  Since Christmas has officially started (before the end of November), its time to pick up a personal tradition of mine: drawing the "Rocking Reindeer" comp.  It started as an idea a long time ago as an album cover to a heavy metal compilation of Christmas song covers my friends and I were going to record.  Never happened of course, but I still liked the idea and every year feel compelled to redraw it again. If you guys feel inspired, draw your own composition…See More

need help with Tribute to Stan Lee

Hey Guys:Pretty sure everyone has heard about the passing of the great Stan Lee.  And I'm pretty sure there will be millions of tribute pieces posting for months even years to come.  Never the less, I felt the need to commemorate by drawing out my own composition.  This is also the first time I've actually fully colored anything I've drawn.  So I need help: does it work?  what needs to change?  Should I use different colors?  is the shading right?  Shine? etc.  I can use all the help I can get…See More

\uap>Well, I put dialog to the whole issue.  Now I know why there's a 6 panel max limit on pages.  Also found I need to leave extra spacing for word bubbles too (progress).

Keep it UP, Landon.

In life its not how many times we fall, But how many times we get back up, that count.

As w/the Lord.

is not that we sin, but Do we repent.

No one if perfect. Its not an excuse. The battle remains in the spiritual realms.  Whether we can see it or not.

Our strength comes from him and within him you can rest your weight of your problems.

While this does not mean, there wont be other obstacles ahead.

Trust in him, will give you the rest and peace that can only come from the most High.  I encourage you to continue in your struggles.

To accept the trials He allows into our lives.

its not punishment nor a sadistic God who has abandon us

But the opportunity to meet the Lord were we are and to strengthen our resolve for the Lord...so we can also speak of his truth and share his love w/others.

Its the forging we must all endure if we really are to follow in his steps.

Luke 6:45 - A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Anyone can speak pretty words but it's what resides in a man's heart that really shows who he is.  Eventually that too will rise to the surface.

Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic(Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)

To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...

If you are concerned about the accuracy and faithfulness to the text please read this Blog...

Welcome to the CCAS. The CCAS had a table at the Phoenix Con this past year. It was a great experience. If you have any samples of your work, I would encourage you to post them. Looking forward to knowing more about you. May the God of our Savior, Jesus Christ, richly bless you, your household, and the works of your hands.
