i am sick now, was not sick before. my throat hurts and i am whining. however the effect on my voice is pretty funny. it gets really deep and gravelly, think the little girl from exorcist. i remember the first time i got it and spoke in class i startled several people. and this time in other places after wearing out my throat i freaked out other people. so much fun:)

i will get to chapter two... eventually. T-T

Fear the squirrel... OMG it's stealing my cheese. yes Ookami,… Continue

I'm sick. no two ways about it. the worst part is that i feel the worst after i have been sick for a while. while i was sick i felt fine, one or two headaches, but nothing much.
now that i'm "getting better" i feel miserable.

Fear the squirrels man, their coming for our nuts!

AHHHHHHHH!!!

I know I said that chapter two would be out soon, and it will, but I haven't had any... LIES! LIES! ALL LIES! Ahem, I should say that I have had time, in theory at least. What happened was this, I decided to google some of Unchartedspirit's fav artists. one of them had a link to Shivae Studios, the website of Tiffany Ross. She is now in my fav artist column, for I have found Shivae: Vas and Shivae: Cler. The first one I found was Vas, I spent three hours to read the entire thing from beginning… Continue

The idea to actually draw a comic and an animation. They came to me today, not for the first time.
Often when I draw a character from one of my stories, the story inexplicably dies, and the animation thing I did once very painstakingly on painter 9 took hours. but i have a new resolve, and oh crap, i need to finish the roleplay thing with jake before tomorrow morning. doh.

An Old Soldier - Chapter 1

The six power-armored members of the New York Salamander anti-terrorist unit 317 unload from their Quicksilver insertion vehicle on the roof of the city hall. Their steps unbelievably quiet as they make their way to the roof access. At the door the leiutenant calls for them to hold. He silently scans the doorway for detection devices. The scan reveals a trip wire, but cannot determine what it connects to. While the leader prepares a silent insertion charge on the opposite side of the entryway,… Continue

HI SJ,

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm Scott A. Shuford, one of the new Board members. I wanted to stop in and say thanks for being involved with CCAS! If you have any input or would like to be involved with anything in particular, please let me and Eric Jansen (Membership Coordinator for CCAS) know by contacting us both through the site. We'll be making several announcements in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. To see a bit more about me, check out my profile here on the site. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better.

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."

Yes it is possible. But I must told you that I'm just a beginner, I'm learning to draw. Actually the Angel's armor is a test. But if you have an exemple show me please. (I need a picture to have an idea )

Thanks to invite me as a friend. Your story of the Old Soldier sound good. Maybe if you find a good drawer it will be great.
