That's still awesome work :) Yeah I went to Ainu village earlier this year in Hokkaido, there is not many of them left as most of them have assimilated their culture with Japanese. Keep up the good work :)

Thanks Brian! Wow it's great to actually see someone translating the bible to Ainu language!! How long did it take for you to learn Ainu Language? Impressive work there! :)

That's awesome. I pray it does. People in this generation are hard to move, so self sufficient. Not until the earth opens under them do they often finally see they need God.

Thanks so much! I'm glad to be here! It's a small project on the rise, lol. Even if it's just for God's eyes alone, I'll be glad I did it. Glad to be part of the community.

Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic(Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)

To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...

If you are concerned about the accuracy and faithfulness to the text please read this Blog...

PS - Please add me as a friend here on CCAS

Hey Brian, Thanks for the request.  My youngest son has started studying Japanese at a local university with an eye on teaching English in Japan. They definitely appear to have more of an appetite for Graphic novels and comics than the USA.

You didn't hijack the thread!  In fact, between you and Alika, I started asking questions.  Which, sent me straight into God's word for answers.  And that's a good thing.  God is working through both of you to point out where I'm being ignorant.  =)  But, I'm at a point now where I have more questions than answers. LOL  And this lack of understanding what God is trying to tell is a real bummer.

Thank you for you warm welcome to CCAS.  And please don't hesitate to comment.  You might be doing me an injustice if you don't! ;P

My Public Art Exhibit

Posted on July 11, 2017 at 12:30am 0 Comments

I can't say much about this.  After considering for some time the two sets I did this year, this one in paper(12 pieces), and another in cedar(4 pieces), I realize I'm making stories, like panels in a comic.  But they don't read linear like a comic.  So...

How'd I get here?  Got no idea guys.  No idea.  I know God had a lot to do with it.  As for me, I can't think of any planning I said 10 years back that was this direction.  God is good.…

Thinned my photos and blogs section

Posted on February 2, 2017 at 2:19pm 2 Comments

I've been meaning to do this.  I am so utterly aware of how foolish I appear by appearance.  (1 Cor 1:25)  I got rid of everything that I could, but some things just kind of stood out.  At least for the moment.  Guess I must revisit the bunny stuff.  What honored God, well nothing I had replaced that honor with better honor... so I kept those few blog posts.  Well, it is day 2.

Last year I graduated with a VC.

I just put up a 3d mirror picture and I bet the way I commented on that sounded utterly conceited.  Therefore, I'm making this blog post as somewhat of an apologetic toward that.  Last year, by the LORD's great grace and some teachers just wanting me to graduate, I walked the aisle with triple digit class credits.  It's amazing how long you can stay in college without obtaining a degree when you don't follow the planning sheet precisely.

Graduation was mercy and grace.  I am…

Comics for the BLIND

I don't know where to put this.  What subject does this belong in?  I'm not sure.  How can I tell you that there is software now that can give you the save files to print comics the Blind and Low Vision can read?  It doesn't stop there, some of these printers print black and white or color on the sheets before…
