A photo ran through one of the default India Ink filters(a plugin from flaming pear for paintshop pro from Corel or Photoshop from Adobe... in this case I used the installed the demo plugin to the demo of Paintshop Pro from Corel)
Read about someone doing this with DAZ software, they'd set up their characters and background, preview render, then render it as a picture when they were satisfied, then they'd run it through the India Ink filter. They'd use that picture in their comic.
All in all, it's amazing... the India Ink plugin filters were varied, and the render you choose from DAZ would change the results of any picture. The plugin does not handle transparency well.
