The Scourge of the Shadow Dragon is the third adventure of Captain Sun by Bryce Morgan. The 39 page e-book is available for Kindle through Amazon,  or for a bargain 99 cents as an email-pdf through

Initial impressions:  Artwork is very well done, as usual. The style is clear cut and colors so well placed, that I can shrink the display to any size and not lose any clarity/understanding of what’s going on. Combat is engaging and chapters are well paced.

The chapters within the story are divided by one-page conversational  sermons. Compared to the two previous issues the sermons have gotten longer,  more theological (example: eyes of faith) and more complex. The creative imagination questions are still there and still fun, (Bryce definitely has the skills of a good teacher) but it feels like there is a lot more scripture/preaching on fighting spiritual powers of darkness and demonic powers than the previous issues.
