Christian Comic Arts Society

A Network of Christian Fellowship for Comics Fans, Pros, and Amateurs

I just wanted to share this great new website by Darlene Lacey! (I was blessed to find Darlene's ad for girl's character design.  At the time, I didn't even know it was Christian themed. I was so happy to hear about this great project.  In times like these, we need more positive media for Christian girls.

From the Description:

God's Special Forces is a non-profit organization that develops programs for teen and tween girls that helps them become Young Women of Quality!

The site includes fun extras (quizzes, style guides) and promotes self esteem (and characters) for girls of all shapes and sizes-with an emphasis on Christian values.

Hello! I've seen some nice Christian Manga like 'Shelter of Wings' and 'Lightning Prophetess' that I think would appeal to Christian Girls, and there are a few online Christian Manga Zines like '12 Gates' that have a lot of manga. Not too much more western style or fusion titles though I think... I like the idea of 'God's Special Forces' and the designs are really nice!
